Hello, my name is Anthony Kilpatrick: one of the co-owners here at PromoScore Insights!
I would just like to introduce myself and help you put a face to the company. I am based in the Castletroy area of Limerick.
I have a huge passion for education, learning, and people development overall. My background includes:
- Masters Degree in International Studies (University of Limerick)
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology & Telecommunications (University of Limerick)
- QQI Level 6 Diploma in Training Delivery & Evaluation (Limerick & Clare ETB)
- Advanced Diploma in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL Institute of Ireland)
- Online Diploma in Financial Markets (Yale University)
- Diploma in Fashion Design & Dressmaking (Limerick & Clare ETB)
In relation to my professional life, I have almost two decades of management experience in the cinema industry with the ODEON Cinemas Group. Some of my career highlights include winning the Barry Souber Award for General Manager of the Year (UK & Ireland), and driving some of the highest internal employee satisfaction scores in the business. People are my passion, and helping contribute to the training and development of hundreds of co-workers over the years along with supporting the local community through various CSR initiatives, have been the fondest aspects of my time in management.
As I transition into consultancy, I am taking all of the above experience and focusing on supporting SME's in an affordable way.
